Spotter Agreement - Male

I ____________________________ agree to the following terms and regulations of my “employment” with ___________________________, and furthermore understand that I may be terminated and replaced for any violations without notice once I have reached three (3) warnings.

• Agree to show up on-time unless otherwise notified of changes that may arise.
• Will arrive with and or wearing proper exercise clothing.
• Make a conscious effort to obtain proper nights sleep preceding my duties as a spotter so that I am alert and focused.
• Agree not to “tea-bag” employer unless absolutely necessary to not cause physical injury to him. I am aware that “tea-bagging” does cause mental distress and I may be retaliated against for doing so unnecessarily.
• The pointing out of “fine” women is only to be done in between sets and understand this can cause neck strain.
• Will not “hit” on women at the gym unless workout has finished and female is actually showing interest in me.
• I understand that I will receive three (3) warnings before I am terminated, and warnings must be verbally given not just implied.
• If I am offered the purchase of steroids by another gym member I agree to ask my employer if he would like to take part and ask his opinion before committing to a purchase.
• I agree to use strict form and maintain a proper weekly training regimen, not just work my biceps.
• The phrases “come on baby push it harder”, and “oh yeah give it to me”, are not to be uttered.
